When we first saw ‘The Force Awakens’ the resistance pilots costumes really stood out for us, if there was one costume from this film that we had to replicate, they were it, it’s taken a long time to get to this point but we had to make sure we did this costume justice and made it as accurate as we could. Made from a 1000 denier Cordura fabric, this is an extremely difficult fabric to work with and the patterning and construction is some of the most complex work we have attempted, in short to get this suit and vest truly screen accurate is a lot of work…. but we love it and think that it is worth the effort. The styling and fabrics of this costume are so right for a fighter pilot and fit perfectly into the ‘used’ Star Wars universe. We hope you like it.

Our flight suit is made to measure and features the following:

• 1000 denier Cordura fabric

• The whole suit has a thin padding to achieve the correct screen accurate look.

• Lined with breathable sports mesh

• Orange zip fastening front with Cordura zip pull

• Two double hook and bar collar fastening

• Ribbed elastic collar and sleeve detail

• Three code cylinder loops to upper left arm

• Grey ribbed cuffs

• Chest and back upper yokes

• Male suit does not have a waist seam, like Poe.

• Female suit does have a waist seam, like Jess

• Grey webbing back cinch strap with side release buckle

• Double layer leg chaps, ending just below the knee

• Six accurately patterned leg pockets

• Grey webbing calf straps with metal slider

• Elasticated ankles

• Fully Weathered

• Top stitched detailing

• Shoulder overlap

• Body side overlap

• Overlaid front foam paneling

• Webbing suspension straps

• Overlaid back foam paneling

• 2” herringbone waist webbing

• Cotton waist pouch with velcro attachment

• Collar

• Self lined, interlined and padded

• Soft piped edge

• Foam paneling

• Textured black disc insert

• Resistance logo and Aurebesh lettering

• White sports mesh centre front panel

• Cast resin buckle detail with velcro mounting
